The Citron Grove

The Citron Grove pairs two essential oils that don't often share a bar: sharp, citrusy lemongrass and warm, grounding cedarwood. They're worked through the colored half of the batter along with French caramel clay, then hand-swirled into the plain half of our cold-process base, giving every bar its own soft caramel-and-cream marbling.

Lemongrass has long been known for its brisk, green-citrus brightness, while cedarwood brings a deep, woody base note that keeps the scent from reading as purely sweet or purely sharp. As with all our essential-oil scented soaps, expect the top notes to soften a little as the bar cures; that's simply the natural chemistry of essential oil in a fresh, cold-process bar, not a flaw.

Cured for several weeks after pouring, hand-cut, and left with its full natural glycerin intact, The Citron Grove lathers rich and conditions in a way stripped commercial bars can't.

Each bar is handmade in small batches from the finest ingredients we can source, hand-poured, hand-cut, and individually wrapped for gift-giving straight off the shelf. Because every batch is made by hand, no two bars are ever quite identical; slight variation in color, swirl, and design is part of the craft, not a flaw.
